1. Service#
HEXSMS is a prepaid-credit service for sending SMS to mobile numbers in supported destinations.
2. Registration and accounts#
- Registration is completed upon operator approval. The operator may reject an application without providing a reason.
- Members are responsible for protecting their accounts and OTP credentials and bear losses resulting from negligence.
3. Fees and credits#
- Prepaid credits are deducted based on unit price, segment count, and recipient count. One credit equals one USDT.
- Delivery depends on carrier and recipient device conditions. Delivered messages are not refundable.
4. Prohibited conduct#
- Violating applicable laws, including sending advertising without prior recipient consent.
- Sending spam, phishing, fraud, or content for illegal or improper purposes.
- Impersonating others, misusing phone numbers, or interfering with service operations.
Violations may lead to interrupted sending, suspension, or account deletion without notice. The sender is responsible for the content sent.
5. Limitation of liability#
The operator is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters and carrier or external service outages.
6. Personal information#
We store usernames, hashed passwords, optional contact information, and sending records to provide the service and manage them under applicable laws.
